As founder and CEO, Arees has an active role in meeting clients and understanding their immediate and future needs. The majority of his time is spent understanding his clients’ goals, analyzing each business opportunity and developing concepts using innovative thinking to modify or change the delivery method of each individual company for healthier outcomes. With his experience and strategic partners, Arees has the vision to start-up, merge, acquire, roll-up and plan exit strategies for small business owners whether it be on the acquisition or sale side at any level of the transaction.
Arees was born an entrepreneur, and at an early age, his strengths were quickly recognized working side by side with his mother and father in their family restaurant enterprise. Core values were infused and business strategy became a pastime, eventually morphing into saving paychecks to start his own business.
In his teenage years, Arees was able to parley his start-up with seed money for future businesses and real estate investments. While building businesses for himself, he became recognized by influential leaders who took a liking towards his entrepreneurial mind, work ethics and ability to monetize at every stage of the business regardless of the industry.
In 1998, Arees partnered with a group of Physicians looking to place a stake in Full Body Screening facilities throughout the country. He was instrumental in the development of each facility and was later hired on as the VP of Operations where he oversaw 14 medical facilities located in Northern and Southern California, New York and New Jersey.
In 2002, Arees formed a new business to provide healthcare providers a turnkey solution for design, construction and operations of MOB’s and acute care facilities in the state of California where building regulations far exceed any other state in the country. This company was founded on strategic partners like GE Medical Systems and world renown Medical Providers who were accustomed to Arees’ background and success within the industry.
In 2018, the company adopted an Employee Ownership Model with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). A strategy implemented to secure future talent, and a way to give back to loyal employees that have helped build a business exceeding revenues of $500M. Arees, now the board chair, is an active mentor within the organization and will continue this role for the foreseeable future.
Arees is currently a major stake holder in several service-based companies and holds a chair seat where he continues to infuse business strategy, and strategic partnerships. Over the past few years, he has helped many small businesses with structure, royalty agreements, strategic partnering, mergers, acquisitions and exit strategies. He is actively seeking new opportunities and offers his expertise to those interested in reaching new heights of success.
Arees is married to his High School Sweetheart, has three children and lives in Huntington Beach, California. When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, watches and coaches his kid’s sports, loves to garden and care for his animals. Arees also loves to travel and is extremely active in his local community where he serves on the Board for The Boys & Girls Club and Huntington Beach Police Officers Foundation. If you ask him what his greatest success has been, it would be his family.
